- Program structure
The bachelor’s degree program in law for the public administration usually takes three years and consists of modules, ie smaller, content-wise and time-limited units. There are compulsory modules and elective modules. The modules each cover one to two trimesters, complete with a study-accompanying exam, and are weighted with credit points (CP) that are oriented towards students’ workload. The weight of the legal study shares in relation to the total of 186 credit points, including the Bachelor’s thesis, is just under two-thirds.
The program also includes a total of four internships, which are completed in departments of the Federal Armed Forces Administration. Three four-week internships are scheduled for the semester break in the third and sixth trimester, as well as for the ninth trimester.
