- Holder of a university degree, who has been awarded on time and with at least a grade of “good” (2.5) or “satisfactory” (3.0) in a bachelor’s degree program relevant to intensive courses (except for the grade in a positive qualification interview) ).
- The passed exam,
- The obligation to serve as a temporary soldier for 13 years in the career of the officer of the troop service.

Description
In the master’s degree program in automotive engineering, it is primarily the compulsory subjects that have to be completed. These are further lectures in mathematics, numerics, mechanics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, machine dynamics and control engineering. In addition, the basic subjects are the necessary preparation for specialist specialization. In the subject specialization the students learn basics from the vehicle technology. The compulsory part consists of the subjects Virtual Product Development, Automotive Engineering and Internal Combustion Engines. As an additional specialization, the study program “Marine Engineering” can be chosen, which is carried out in cooperation with the TU Hamburg-Harburg.
