Headquarters Group
The Headquarters Group (Stab StudBer) is responsible for the overall organization of military affairs at Helmut Schmidt University/University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg (HSU/UniBw Hamburg).
Its tasks include all interdepartmental activities related to the areas of troop leadership and military education and training.
The Headquarters Group is led by the Chief of Staff (ChdSt) in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel/Fregat Captain (A15) and is subdivided into the following Staff Divisions (StAbt):
StAbt 1: Personnel affairs
StAbt 2: Military Security
StAbt 3: Training and Organization
StAbt 4: Logistics
StAbt 6: Information Technology and Data Processing
