The Strengths and Resources Training is a multimodal training and includes 6 appointments at weekly intervals, each lasting 90 minutes.
You learn…
- to become more aware of your own resources and to activate them,
- to do something beneficial for your health and well-being,
- to pay more attention to yourself,
- to improve concentration and attention,
- to actively use positive feelings and thoughts as well as
- to better control difficult feelings and disturbing thoughts (head cinema).
