Strength and Resources Training

The Strengths and Resources Training is a multimodal training and includes 6 appointments at weekly intervals, each lasting 90 minutes.

You learn…

  • to become more aware of your own resources and to activate them,
  • to do something beneficial for your health and well-being,
  • to pay more attention to yourself,
  • to improve concentration and attention,
  • to actively use positive feelings and thoughts as well as
  • to better control difficult feelings and disturbing thoughts (head cinema).
