New publication in LSE discussion paper series

Jacob Reilley, Nathalie Iloga Balep and former ICU member Chrisitan Huber have published a new paper for the Center of Analysis of Risk and Regulation at the London School of Economics and Political Science. The study compares the ways in which German hospitals and prisons account for service users through quantitative means. It can be downloaded for free here.
