In her PhD project on the paradigm plurality of corporate social responsibility (CSR) research Ilka Marie Frerichs uses a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods. Based on bibliometric methods like cocitation and factor analysis she identifies academic schools and research streams within the heterogeneous research field. With content analytical methods, she examines CSR articles based on the management compass to identify themes, theories and methods within and across different research paradigms. She puts a particular focus on the value of critical research approaches to CSR. Within her dedication to bibliometric methods, Ilka Marie Frerichs cooperates with Prof. Dr. Teichert with the aim of a joint publication and she collaborates on PhD courses on bibliometric analyses.
