Ilka Marie Frerichs is a PhD student at Helmut Schmidt University Hamburg, Germany, and was research assistant and lecturer at the Chair of Human Resources Management up to June 2021. She published papers in Management Review Quarterly and German Journal of Human Resource Management. She served as ad-hoc reviewer for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal and European Academy of Management. Within her teaching activities, she conducted bachelor and master courses on (international) human resource management issues with a special focus on equality, diversity, and inclusion in organizations and on perspectives of human resource management research. Moreover, she collaborated in PhD courses on bibliometric analyses.
