Profile
Simon Burbach has been a research assistant at the Chair of Data Engineering since 2025. His research has been based on developing virtual reality (VR) applications and machine learning projects in a medical context. For example, he developed VR simulations to evaluate ECG signals and therapy for problems associated with amputations. His work at HSU now takes him into the areas of AI-ready data and research on digital twins.
