Vaibhav Gupta, M.Sc.

Profile
His research at HSU focuses on improving sensor data quality by developing efficient preprocessing techniques. In particular, he works on imputing missing values and detecting anomalies to enhance data reliability. A major aspect of his research involves forecasting future values with the goal of building a physiological signal simulator. Additionally, he focuses on structural health monitoring of civil structures using physics-enhanced machine-learning techniques. He aims to improve predictive accuracy and decision-making by integrating domain knowledge with data-driven models. His work contributes to both healthcare and infrastructure by ensuring robust and reliable data analysis. Ultimately, he strives to advance data-driven methodologies for real-world applications in both physiological and structural systems. You can find out more about his project here.
