In accordance with section 20 of the Regulatory Framework, the constantly senate committees are:
- senate committee on teaching and study
- senate committee on research and young researchers
- senate committee on financial, strategy and constructional issues
- senate committee on library issues
Further senate committees on special issues may be assigned. At the moment there are these additional senate committees:
- senate committee on data processing issues
- senate committee on statutes
- senate committee on supporting equal opportunity
The composition and authorities of the senate committees are regulated in the constitutional order.
